This global program is designed to discover and refine the next generation of pop talent through a rigorous training structure: * Virtual Training: Weekly sessions covering vocals, dance, media presence, and music industry literacy. * In-Person Intensive: A select group of top trainees (10) advances to a professional mentorship phase in Pennsylvania focused on live performance. * Planet Supernova: The academy serves as the official pathway for Supernova, JGR's debut global co-ed group. Founder Profile: Jaeigh Gallagher (born February 22, 2001) is a 24-year-old Pisces singer-songwriter and executive who began writing music at the age of eight. A Pennsylvania native, Gallagher brings a background in punk and pop composition to the label’s creative direction. As a non-binary, pansexual, and disabled artist of Black and Indigenous heritage, Gallagher founded JGR to ensure the next generation of global stars has a platform built on integrity, diverse representation, and authentic expression.
