Under Gallagher’s leadership, JGR has gained attention for its groundbreaking global initiative Supernova, a transparent and public docuseries‑style project documenting the auditions, training, and artist development of a co‑ed global pop group. The label’s focus on structured artist training, global representation, and open‑source creative processes positions JGR as a forward‑thinking force in the independent music space. In 2026, JGR is set to debut its first major artist project, SUPERNOVA, a globally sourced group built through community engagement, auditions, and real‑time artistic growth.
