Jaeigh Gallagher

CEO

Jaeigh Gallagher is the founder and CEO of Jaeigh Gallagher Records (JGR), an independent artist‑development label committed to transparency, inclusivity, and ethical creative growth. Gallagher launched JGR on February 22, 2025, driven by a desire to create a new model for artist careers that prioritizes community, storytelling, and artistry over industry shortcuts. Under Gallagher’s leadership, JGR has gained attention for its groundbreaking global initiative Supernova, a transparent and public docuseries‑style project documenting the auditions, training, and artist development of a co‑ed global pop group. The label’s focus on structured artist training, global representation, and open‑source creative processes positions JGR as a forward‑thinking force in the independent music space. In 2026, JGR is set to debut its first major artist project, SUPERNOVA, a globally sourced group built through community engagement, auditions, and real‑time artistic growth. Gallagher’s vision combines innovation, artist empowerment, and storytelling to redefine how music careers are built in the modern era.
